Safety — read this before you decide
The unit is designed so thatthe user's head stays outside the capsulefor the entire session, so they breathe normal room air rather than the ozone inside the capsule. This is a principle we will not allow to be modified.
The room it is installed in should be ventilated, and an attendant should stay within call for the whole session.
This is not a medical device and is not used to treat any condition — it is a relaxation device only. We make no medical claims. Anyone who is pregnant, has a heart condition, abnormal blood pressure, active skin inflammation, or is under treatment for any condition should consult a doctor before use, and operators should screen every user beforehand.
What to prepare before installation
- Floor space for the unit, and easy access for the user to get in and out
- A 220 V supply rated for the unit's power draw
- Water supply and drainage
- Room ventilation
- Storage for linen and a cleaning point for use between sessions
If you are adding it as a hotel service
We help you work it out from the start: where to put it, what to charge per session for it to pay, how many minutes each session takes and how many sessions a day you can run — so you can estimate the payback period rather than buying first and working it out later.
Maintenance
- Clean the capsule after every session
- Flush the water system and steam tank on the set schedule
- Inspect and replace the ozone plates at end of service life
- Training your staff to operate it and to screen users is included in the installation
