What Is the OS2000 Ozone Sauna? Getting to Know the Ozone Steam Capsule for Relaxation
A new-generation steam capsule designed to be easy to use, comfortable, and safer than a traditional sauna.
The OS2000 is designed so the user's head stays outside the capsule, breathing fresh room air throughout.
An ozone sauna (Ozone Steam Capsule) is a form of steam bathing for relaxation and wellbeing (Wellness & Relaxation) that combines sauna steam with an ozone and negative-ion system. Its key feature is a capsule that covers the body from the neck down, keeping the head outside at all times — so the user breathes fresh room air comfortably, without the stuffy or dizzy feeling of a fully enclosed sauna.
How it works
- Heat and steam — warm steam wraps around the body, creating a warm, relaxing feeling and encouraging natural perspiration. The temperature is adjustable to each person's comfort.
- Ozone blended into the steam — released into the capsule with the steam at a set rate, helping create a fresh atmosphere and manage odor inside the capsule during the session.
- Negative ions — released inside the capsule for a fresh, relaxing feeling throughout use.
Everything is controlled from an external panel, so the operator can set time, temperature, and cycle from outside without disturbing the user.

What the user experiences
- Relaxation and comfort — the warmth of the steam helps you feel relaxed, ideal for unwinding after a tiring day.
- Easing tiredness after exercise — a moment for the body to relax the muscles after training or sport.
- A fresh, revitalized feeling — the steam-with-ozone-and-ions atmosphere leaves you feeling refreshed after the session.
- Better rest — many use it as a relaxing routine before resting in the evening.
How it compares to a traditional sauna
| Feature | OS2000 Ozone Sauna | Traditional sauna |
|---|---|---|
| Head position | Outside the capsule, easy breathing, no stuffiness | Inside the heated room, breathing hot air |
| Internal system | Heat + steam + ozone + negative ions | Dry heat or moist steam |
| Atmosphere inside | Ozone system helps keep it fresh and manage odor | Focused on heat and sweating |
| Installation | Wheels for easy moving, small footprint, 220V mains | Requires a large dedicated room |
Getting the most from each session
- Duration — around 20–30 minutes per session is generally recommended
- Frequency — 2–3 times a week for ongoing relaxation and recovery, or once a week for general relaxation
- Temperature — adjustable to the user's comfort (typically a warm, comfortable range of about 38–45°C)
- Preparation — drink 1–2 glasses of water before and after each session
Precautions
The following should consult a doctor before use, or avoid it: pregnancy; severe heart disease; uncontrolled high blood pressure; bleeding disorders; large open wounds; hyperthyroidism; or G6PD deficiency. The installation room should be well ventilated, and an attendant should stay within call throughout each session.
